At least 12 people in Connecticut have lost their lives in cases where cold exposure may have played a tragic role, since November. And they aren’t just a statistic. These are our neighbors.

With homelessness rising and critical housing funds and programs being cut, the danger of the Connecticut winter has never been more real.

We refuse to look away. On February 28th, the FCCV team is heading to Hartford for the Coldest Night of the Year event.

We are walking 5k (police escorted) through the heart of Hartford to raise the vital funds needed to keep our neighbors housed and safe. We need walkers, we need donors, and we need you.
